• Organized Lingnan University Hong Kong「Jonathan Choi Student Internship Scheme – Japan Culture Learning & Virtual Internship Program 2020-21」
• Organized Open University of Hong Kong「Japan Virtual Internship 2021」
• Managed the online internship hosted by Fukuoka prefecture (350 students, 80 companies, Oct 2020 – Mar 2022)
• Hold the Introductory seminar on the Japanese job market for Korean students (by Int’I students organization of Fukuoka prefecture )
• Lecturer of Career development basics and Internship classes at Universities and colleges ( 2020-): Chikushi University, Kyushu tourism college
